Meet The Yahner Group
Nancy Yahner, Founding Owner
Celebrating 20 Years in Real Estate
Nancy Yahner began her Real Estate career in 1989, and this year, 2009, she is celebrating 20 years in business. Nancy formed The Yahner Group (TYG) which is one of the top producing teams in Virginia. Eight years ago, Nancy made the decision to work by referral, aligning herself with the top coaching company, Buffini and Company in the country, and began building the TYG Community. The community includes clients, vendors, and other agents. You will often hear Nancy say that it is not houses - it is about you and in 2008, The Yahner Group’s business was 98% repeat and referral business.
Nancy has an intimate knowledge of Loudoun County and the surrounding communities of Fairfax, Clark and Prince William Counties. Nancy is taking the real estate experience to a completely new level. Personal service, excellent communication, organization, and leadership are the cornerstones from which she continues to build upon.
Nancy resides in Loudoun County with her husband Jerry. She is an avid hiker, enjoys volunteering for the Barker Adoption Agency, the Interfaith Relief Organization. To celebrate her 20th Anniversary, Nancy began the Red Shoe Campaign. She has committed to raise at least $5,000 for the local chapters of Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross.
Nancy is also an increasingly sought after guest speaker for the real estate industry, team building, and how to create a positive work environment. Most recently, Nancy began a consulting business to help realtors, and other businesses grow their teams.
Ann Beck, Realtor
Ann Beck joined The Yahner Group in March of 2008. With more than 14 years of real estate experience both as a Real Estate Salesperson and as a Real Estate Broker, Ann brings a wealth of experience to TYG. Prior to entering the field of real estate sale, Ann excelled in the worlds of commercial office systems sales, marketing of commercial interiors services, and the electronics/computer industry as a sales person, manager, and national trainer. You might know Ann by her ability to make people laugh and easy-going nature, but her true strengths lie in her ability to listen and her compassion for the needs of others. As a real estate professional, Ann brings the perfect mixture of genuine caring, passion, knowledge and enthusiasm to her work.
Ann, her husband Bob and their four children have made Loudoun County their home for more than 15 years. Ann’s priorities are her faith and her family. Her traditions of serving others are exemplified by the fact that her two eldest sons elected to serve their country, in the Navy and the Army. In addition to her passion for real estate, Ann loves to cook. Planning meals and bringing people together to enjoy them is a gift she loves to share with others. Pair her enjoyment of cooking with her love of providing service beyond expectation and you are in for a real treat!
Mark DiLuigi, Realtor
Mark DiLuigi joined the Yahner Group in January 2005. As a licensed Real Estate professional and a Virginia State Law-Enforcement Officer, Mark brings a unique insight into the current and future landscape of this county – an insight that helps buyers and sellers make the most of their Real Estate dealings for both the short term and the long term. His diverse skills and experience, particularly in Real Estate zoning and land acquisition, add to The Yahner Group’s already talented team.
A resident of Loudoun County for the past 10 years, Mark, his wife Kate and two daughters, call Aldie home. The Board of Supervisors appointed Mark to serve as a Co-chairman of the Rt. 50 Task Force, which formulated zoning changes related to residential, commercial, and transportation networks in the Dulles South district. Mark takes great pride representing the community and citizen interests.
Becky Brouse, Finance Manager
Becky Brouse joined TYG in February 2007 and is a valued member. Her main priority is to take care of the finances of The Yahner Group. Licensed in 2003, Becky uses her Real Estate knowledge to manage the budget, and the myriad of financial contract and post settlement issues.
Valuing an orderly environment, her moniker at TYG is ’Keeper of the Files’ and Becky takes pride in contributing to TYG’s well-oiled machine.
Becky is the mother of four; her youngest graduated high school in 2009 and her eldest married in July of 2009. Becky’s interests include the arts, environmental issues and furthering the understanding of diverse cultures.
Deborah Brown, Community Relations Manager, ‘The Mint on the Pillow’
